The Koolatron Companion 28 qt. Cooler is designed for convenience. It offers plenty of storage space in a portable cooler / mini fridge. All of the thermoelectrics are in the lid, as is the venting so that the exterior sides of the cooler can be packed tightly up against luggage. The portable 12 volt cooler features a cord storage compartment, flip-up handle and a removable lid for easy loading. The Koolatron Companion functions as a cooler only and plugs into any standard 12 Volt socket (car cigarette lighter socket) to provide hours of cooling power without ice.
